I am currently on an island and I told myself that I must eat seafood.  So this is what I had for lunch today.

Grilled stingray - Ikan pari bakaq


And of course it must go together with the local greens aka ulam-ulaman and not forgetting the hot sambal belacan.

Freshly caught fish available here at the fishermen market in Langkawi.

p/s:  I had the same cup of coffee in the morning for the last 3 days.  Haven't found a good cup yet here so far ...
